Vacuum Insulation Board

Vacuum insulation board (non-combustible high-grade external wall insulation board) is the current advanced insulation material. With core material and getter as filling materials, composite gas barrier film is used as wrapping material, and it is a plate-like material for building thermal insulation made by molding, packaging, vacuuming and other processes. Its products can effectively avoid air convection, radiation and heat conduction, and the thermal conductivity can reach below 0.002w/m.k; it does not contain any ODS (Ozone Depleting Substances) materials. The fire rating is A1.

Compared with traditional materials, vacuum insulation panels for construction not only have high cost performance, but also have good properties such as flame retardant, fire resistance, compression resistance, corrosion resistance and long life. The use of vacuum insulation panels for external wall insulation can reduce the building volume ratio, increase the actual usable area, and prevent the occurrence of fire and channeling fire disasters on the external wall.
