The standard stipulates that the core board of expanded vermiculite fire door is a board filled with non-combustible fireproof and thermal insulation properties, which is made of expanded vermiculite as the main raw material and added with adhesives and other modifiers. For example, the thickness of expanded vermiculite fire door core panels is generally 30mm, 50mm, 70mm, etc., and the length can be 1500mm, 2000mm, and 2500mm. Technical requirements are made for the appearance quality of the sheet, and there is a mandatory standard for dimensional deviation. Strict regulations are made for more key performance indicators, such as compressive and tensile strength, thermal conductivity, fire resistance, combustion performance, smoke toxicity, etc. to make rigid requirements.
The standard also provides guidance and recommendations for packaging and transportation. For example, when the expanded vermiculite fire door core board is transported and unloaded, it is necessary to avoid falling and impact. It is suitable for storage in a dry and ventilated room. The storage site is flat and dry, and it is not advisable to stack it too high.
